A unique, hassle-free experience! We bring everything needed for a fully stocked bar, including disposable drinkware, napkins, straws, ice, fresh fruit, juices, and mixers. We arrive 1.5 to 2 hours early to set up, ensuring everything’s ready before your event begins. With Wheels Up, you can relax and enjoy as we go above and beyond to make your celebration truly memorable!
Wheels Up can serve whatever your heart desires! We can serve beer, wine, champagne, mixed drinks, signature cocktails or mocktails.
While we’d love to be able to, North Carolina ABC laws prevent us from purchasing or selling alcohol to you. However, we will calculate exactly how much you’ll need and guide you on where to buy it. From there, we’ll take care of everything else!
Each event is unique and is treated as such! Prices will vary based on guest count, service time, and bar package choice. For more information on pricing, refer to our Packages & Pricing page. Prices listed do not include the cost of alcohol.
Of course! We carry liquor and general liability insurance.
Yes. Our bar will be a great addition to any gathering, whether it is held indoors or outdoors.
Yes, we provide 2 bartenders.
Any type of event you’d like! We provide service for weddings, corporate events, private parties, bridal showers, tailgates, the list goes on.
We do not. We’re happy to serve at your event rain or shine as long as the bar is fully covered. If there’s a chance of rain, it’s the host’s responsibility to provide a dry location for the bar if rain exceeds a light mist. For safety, we won’t operate from the bar during heavy rain. We’re more than willing to coordinate with your venue and tent provider to help secure the right coverage.
We are based in the Raleigh area but love a good road trip. Reach out to us to figure out specifics for your event location!
You have 48 hours from booking to cancel with a full refund on your initial deposit, which is 50% of the total price. The 50% deposit is required for booking as we have turned away other people to reserve the date for your event. If you need to postpone, contact us and we can draft a new contract for your new date.
